Prices are quoted in pounds Sterling. Please contact us if you wish to pay in Euros.

Booking Form
All bookings must be accompanied by a booking form. This can be downloaded as a PDF document and posted back to us, or preferably use our secure online payment and booking form (opens in a new window).

Bookings are processed by Carefree Holidays, Glencoe as agent for StayInChamonix and credit card receipts will be identied as "Clachaig Inn, Glencoe". Why? See About Us.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the cost of the booking is required to confirm your booking. This will only be charged when the availability of your request has been confirmed. We recommend that you take suitable travel insurance to cover you in the event that you have to cancel your holiday.

The balance is due for payment 30 days prior to the commencement of your stay. Confirmation of your booking and payment of deposit will be sent out to you by email.
